Jo Anderson has spent ten years working with the Sage Line 50 software suite helping client set-up new systems, re-implementing systems to better meet their reporting requirements and providing full project management solutions where their company needs would require bespoke or alternative software such as Access Dimensions, Great Plains or SAP. Jo is trained and accredited by Sage Software in Line 50, Payroll, Winforecast, ACT! and Jobcosting.

Jo assists on the user panel for Sage Plc to offer advice to developers on how the software could be improved and to highlight key areas of concern from clients using the software. She has also run various workshops for Business Link to assist small companies using Sage software to be able to obtain better reports and analysis and provide tips and troubleshooting.

Catherine Shaw is a financial accountant with an extensive experience in the public and private sector working mainly within SME’s with involvement in the key areas of management accounting, budgeting, cash flow, policies and procedures and key performance indicators and people management.

Catherine has been responsible for turning several companies from a loss making situation into more profitable organisation and specialises in streamlining cash flow and maximising revenue.

With a very hands on approach, she enjoys management accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and liaising with external bodies such as financial institutions, HMRC, insurance companies and auditors.
